We are currently investigating an issue affecting some Meevo clients where the application may be slow to load if the cluster is not included in the URL. This may also impact certain Online Booking links.
Our engineering team has identified the behavior and is actively working to restore full performance. Clients who include their cluster in the URL (e.g., na0.meevo.com or ca0.meevo.com) should not be impacted.
Workaround: For troubleshooting and faster loading, clients can log in using their cluster-specific URL. As a general rule:
